Horrible customer service Came to get my tire fixed I had gotten a flat a mile away from cedar park location & I went there because I bought warranty when I purchased my car br Came to get my tire fixed I had gotten a flat a mile away from cedar park location & I went there because I bought warranty when I purchased my car brand new, they told me I needed 4 new tires, my tire was unrepairable and that they weren’t sure my tire would be covered under warranty. Finally when Steven xxxxface decided to call the warranty place my tire was covered, then come to find out, he called in for the wrong tire, and proceeded to tell me that’s all they had to take it or leave it. All the while he’s getting agitated for his mess up and the manager has to intervene from his lack of professionalism. I had been there over an hour so I took the wrong tire. Worst customer service ever. I will never go back to a Toyota dealership. This is the 3rd time Toyota has disappointed me in customer service. More
