Excellent Experience when I least expected it! I had to take my car in for (quite a few) recalls. From the moment I made the appointment to the moment I picked up my car the next day, I felt like I I had to take my car in for (quite a few) recalls. From the moment I made the appointment to the moment I picked up my car the next day, I felt like I was informed at every step and truly valued as a customer. I was immediately greeted by Jeanine and WOW what a great lady! Super personable through the entire process with every call to update me and even when saying goodbye! The video sent to me by the auto tech was the most helpful thing I have ever received when having a vehicle serviced.....I actually understood what they were recommending to be fixed because I could actually SEE it! Upon calling after viewing the video, Jeanine was able to tell me all pricing and wasn't pushy about what I should and shouldn't get fixed. The next day, Jeanine called me in the morning to let me know my vehicle was ready. You could hear the smile on her face! It was awesome. I showed up, turned in the car they lent me, and Jeanine checked me out. The whole check in and check out process were each less that ten minutes each but it made huge impact!.......and my car rides great now! Keep up the good work Toyota of Cedar Park! More
