A wonderful experience. Coco is THEE BEST! As an educator, I REALLY appreciate people who approach their jobs from a teaching perspective and that’s exactly what I got with Coco is THEE BEST! As an educator, I REALLY appreciate people who approach their jobs from a teaching perspective and that’s exactly what I got with Coco at Toyota of Cedar Park. Buying a car is so stressful (we all know this!) so I did a TON of research and came in with my guard all the way up. In my research of the dealership, Coco was highly rated so when we walked in, I requested him specifically. Apparently we were in the wrong building so Coco ran over to meet with us! Coco was super warm and friendly and immediately put us at ease. He was already working with another customer and offered to get us someone else, but we decided to wait because, right off the bat, he made us feel comfortable, which in car sales, can be rare! When he became available, Coco spent lots of time educating us about the different cars available, the process of buying at their location and also validating our concerns with one of the cars we viewed. In my experience, I NEVER felt pressured in any way, I learned a lot and ultimately walked away with exactly what I wanted! By the time we signed the papers, the dealership was closed and my mom and I were trying to figure out how we were going to take our (traditional) new car photos in the dark. Despite the location being closed, Coco still went above and beyond to make the experience extra-special by putting the big red bow on the car so we could take our photos! The Toyota of Cedar Park experience was great, super clean, bright and well supplied with water and snacks which helped as we were there all day. Overall the car buying experience, under Coco’s tutelage was 10/10🌟🙌🏾 More
