Kept up selling us and was not honest about rates. We discovered this the next day when we checked what he told us we could get from our bank and what our bank told us directly- (it was well after hours on a Monday, and Navid said he checked with our bank about the rate and said we’d still get a better rate going with a different one he worked with. The next day we checked with our bank directly and found out something different.) The process took forever. We almost walked out on the whole deal. They talk a good game about getting you the best possible rate, but in the end it’s the same hassle we’ve come to expect with dealerships in general. It was a “good cop / bad cop” kind of thing where the sales reps were super great to work with, but you need to watch yourself with the finance rep. More
