On a side note about Toyota products - I am disappointed to find there is no lock for the glove box, lack of some controls in the steering wheel, lack of switch for opening closing the trunk. More

Mel is nice, funny, passionate about helping others and is a very good listener who pays attention to what the customer wants. She is extremely knowledgeable about Toyotas. I would hire Mel in a heartbeat she is that good at what she does. Very rare to find great people who are in sales. Mel is all wrapped into one. A true joy to work with on a vehicle.
