Efficient and attentive every time. This last time the coffee and cookies were on the ball. Very dog-friendly place, so I got to bring my pup for the first time to meet my favorite service guy, Mario Soro coffee and cookies were on the ball. Worth the investment in a Toyota when a dealership and service department actually show that they care about the customers. More

Easy check-in, nice waiting room, friendly service, reasonable time for service done…however, I was told that my battery failed their test, but when I had AAA come out later that day to change it out ( reasonable time for service done…however, I was told that my battery failed their test, but when I had AAA come out later that day to change it out (b/c it was $80 less!), the service guy said it was just fine. Toyota’s test rated my battery at 599 out of 700, which is 86% and just fine (I’ve not had any issues with it). Hmmmm…. More
