AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! Best car buying experience I have ever had. I went In for an oil change on my 2014 4Runner I had been leasing. My lease will be up in May (I had it fo Best car buying experience I have ever had. I went In for an oil change on my 2014 4Runner I had been leasing. My lease will be up in May (I had it for almost 3 years) and it has been the BEST car I have ever owned. Every time I go into a Toyota dealership for manor ice I am treated with the upmost respect and they listen to my needs. While I was waiting for my oil change, I went over to the sales to see what my options are when my lease is up. Justin (I think :)) and will talked to me and later it out and showed me what the best option would be for me. They showed me numbers and were up front of what it would be to buy my car out of the lease or to lease a brand new 2016 4Runner. Considering the price difference I opted to resign a lease with the 2016 4Runner that only had 16 miles on it (6 of those were me test driving it). They play no games, they worked with me with no pressure, they switched my insurance and it if state registration for me and filled my tank. Oh and I'm case you're wondering, they also didn't make me pay for the oil change that I originally went there for. It was quite a long process but that's just how buying a car goes! I wish I lived closer to the dealer because they would for sure have my business forever. Loved the staff, the finance girls were sweet!! They went out, or my mats in and even scrapped off my stickers to put them on my new vehicle. Justin (I hope that's his name), will, mark, rose and Heidi and the oil change Rep I don't remember her name we're all every very nice and took care of my needs! More

We then met with Scott who was outstanding and explained the whole process not only in detail, but it was probably the most painless experience of buying a car ever. We were in and out in less than 2 hours, including a test drive, and our end result could not have made us happier. We will absolutely be recommending Toyota of Clermont to our friends and family. Outstanding Buying Experience I made an online inquiry on Toyota of Clermont's web page and within five minutes I was contacted by Jamie who arranged an appointment for me wit I made an online inquiry on Toyota of Clermont's web page and within five minutes I was contacted by Jamie who arranged an appointment for me with Max. Jamie also greeted me in the showroom. Max greeted me at arrival and explained to me he was not a salesman, but an advisor who would assist me in selecting the vehicle I wanted to buy. I already had my sights on a RAV4, so it didn't take long for him to give me a test ride in the car I subsequently purchased. Max was professional, courteous and knowledgeable in all the RAVs features. Max turned me over to Mat who is a salesman. Mat had my trade in appraised and explained the purchase vs lease options and after conferring with Joshua, the sale was completed. Mat was also a very courteous and professional. After reaching a sales agreement, I was turned over to Amanda who finalized the paperwork and delivered the RAV4. Amanda was very efficient, polite and organized. After completing the paperwork, she made the RAV4 ready for me to drive home and even put the license plate on it. Overall, my buying experience at Toyota of Clermont was outstanding. The showroom is fairly new, very clean and professional in appearance. There was not a group of salesmen handing around the from door waiting for customers as I've seen in other (non-Toyota) showrooms. Things are well organized and everyone I dealt with knew their job and made me feel like my business was important to them. More

Your sales staff were able to fulfill my wish list and I purchased a 2017 Rav4 before I left. The process was so easy and efficient. All my questions were answered above and beyond. Staff very friendly. I feel I have made some new friends, BTW LOVE my car PS I wanted to put my purchase on my credit card, but was told I could only put $5,000 on it which I did. More
