Surprise suprise !! We absolutely did NOT plan on buying a car on July 3rd... We stopped in to drive through and look at sticker prices.. that's all !! but ... Oil change Mid-Way to reset counter My car oil change for 10,000 miles reached mid point so the mile counter needed to be reset; in addition to that, I have been hearing a low noise duri My car oil change for 10,000 miles reached mid point so the mile counter needed to be reset; in addition to that, I have been hearing a low noise during execution of right or left turns. Of course, I conveyed that concern during my visit to Victor Figueroa who in a high professional manner assured me the car would be checked by professional service personnel and my concern would be investigated. He also stated that the service might take some time due to high volume of clients waiting for their respective vehicles to be served. I told him I was willing and able to wait. Victor put me at ease inside the facility and emphasized that they will get me out of there as soon as possible. To my surprise, I was out of there way sooner that I expected; the car was washed and the investigation of my concern turn out negative. Thanks a million. More
Outstanding Customer Service Although they were very busy, I was treated like the only person in the dealership. Juan greeted me as I got out of my car. He insisted we go out of the heat and sat and listened to me, what I was looking for and why I was in a Toyota dealership. He then took me outside to look at the inventory -- and there was EXACTLY what I was looking for. He took me on a test drive and when we returned, Marie sat down with me to go over the numbers. Both were very sensitive to the fact that I could not pick it up for two days. Heidi completed the paperwork up to the point of pick up. When I returned on Monday, Erica sat with me in the car and went over exactly how to use the Bluetooth, the radio, the air, the lights and the wipers. She requested I come back or call her if I had ANY questions about the car. I received a follow up call two days after purchase and the person on the phone asked if it was a good time to speak. I highly highly recommend Toyota of Clermont. More

I got an oil change I had a problem with the Dealership's service appointment website, (could have been my computer), so I called and was greeted courteously. I arrived I had a problem with the Dealership's service appointment website, (could have been my computer), so I called and was greeted courteously. I arrived and was greeted quickly. The oil change, tire rotate, and wash took just under an hour, which I really appreciate. Their waiting lobby is clean and well furnished with large flatscreen for the latest news and weather. Coffee if free too! They honored the coupon I had from them and I couldn't have gone to a quick lube for less. More
Kudos to sales team The Toyota team of Andreas Warren, Jerry Rojas, and Heidi Chase took such good care of Lynda and I as we purchased a 2015 Corolla Sports Plus. Andr The Toyota team of Andreas Warren, Jerry Rojas, and Heidi Chase took such good care of Lynda and I as we purchased a 2015 Corolla Sports Plus. Andrea worked hard to give us the best deal possible, actually displayed the ultimate in patience and consideration as we negotiated most of the afternoon. He listened intently and crafted a contract that we were comfortable with. Jerry Rojas showed us around the lot, described in detail the advantages of the car we showed an interest in -- including lifting the hood and explaining the advantages of the latest Corolla engine -- took us out for a test drive and pointed out more plusses throughout. Heidi Chase reviewed the contract completely, wanted to make certain that we understood every item we were initializing, did not rush us in any way. She realized this kind of financial commitment can become extremely emotional and she took her time until she was aware that we were comfortable.
