I've dealt with other employees in the past and they like they knew what they were talking about but when I got there they a i had a great experience! I had the pleasure of having Victor and he was great accurate looked up information for any questions I had if he wasn't sure. Ever since then he is the only person I ask for and deal with. I think I would've gone elsewhere if it weren't for him. Maybe he should train others to be more like him. More

Got the Toyota I wanted I entered the dealership knowing I wanted a Sienna, but didn't know all the specific differences on the trims (LE, SE, XLE, XLE prem). They told me and showed me the different trim packages on several vehicles there that day. They helped me find what I was looking for in that vehicle and take it for a test drive. That was the vehicle I wanted, and they wanted to sell it to me. Negotiations were much shorter than past experiences with car buying, and Paul was very helpful and friendly in getting me into the new car that I needed.
