Professional, kind, knowledgable, honest I've been buying cars new since 1972 and this was the best experience ever. I am a tough customer because I insist on the lowest price possible. I have no "found" money, it's all been earned by me. Met the dealership manager and had the greatest experience ever from T>J> Cotton, Christian, the 20 year old product man and Rebecca, the girl with all the paperwork. Each person was superior and a credit to the profession. I can't imagine a better experience anywhere. I am a retired printing executive and I know good people when I meet them. Those 3 and probably many mpre are a credit to the dealership. I intend to tell as many people as I can of my experience. Toyota of Clermont is a real solid credit to the industry.
