I recently visited Toyota of clearmont to see about trading in my challenger for something a little bigger. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately by Brandon who proceeded to show me to the vehicle I c trading in my challenger for something a little bigger. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately by Brandon who proceeded to show me to the vehicle I came to look at, after a test drive I realized that vehicle was not for me. Brandon then asked me what I didnt like about said vehicle and after a short conversation about my needs and wants in a new vehicle he directed me to the perfect vehicle for me. Brandon was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. After another test drive and about 100 more questions about the vehicle it was decided that was the one. Brandon then introduced us to Ariel for the number part of the deal. Ariel then collected all the information needed and after a number of trips to the financial people he was able to get all the numbers worked out to where I wanted them to be. Ariel was very courteous and a vital reason how I was able to get my brand new truck. After the numbers where finalized and deal was struck Ariel then brought us to Daniela to sign all the paper work. Daniela was unbelievably efficient and organized when it came to all the paper work. She had everything already laid out and printed, once I walked into her office all I had todo was sign the paper work and say thank you. This is my second experience with Toyota of clearmont and both time was above and beyond what I could have ever expected from a car dealership. I'll be returning when it time for an upgrade on my truck and I've already recommended my father in law who has had a Toyota for 20+ years and my mother who's currently on the market for a new car. 10 out 10 would high recommend Toyota of clearmont for all the car needs ! More
