As with most people that I know, purchasing a new car is a stressful endeavor that I tend to put off as long as possible. I have always heard positive remarks about Toyota of Cleveland from friends and family that have dealt with the dealership, so I was anticipating a pleasant experience and I was not disappointed. Lee was the salesman that worked with me and I felt he understood what I was wanting. After a few test drives and further discussion on what I was wanting to do about financing, Lee pointed me towards what I feel is the perfect car for me right now. No issues as of yet with the car and I don't anticipate any, but I know if anything should arise I will contact Lee and I am confident that he will assist me in any way he can.
