This experience far exceeded my expectations when dealing with a car sales dealer/person. I expected a very high pressure push from the sales person, even when we thought our credit wouldn't qualify. That expectation couldn't been further from how we were treated. The whole staff treated us with dignity, respect, and like a human, not another potential sale. We arrived with zero intentions to buy, but drove away in a new vehicle. That is what happens when the sales person treats the customer right and works with them with no pressure. WE ended up qualifying for a wonderful APR, so it and the salesman is what made us decide to purchase on a day when we had no intention of buying. I have already referred friends to the dealership, & specifically the sales man. I will continue to do so based on this one experience my wife and I had. More

I had a good experience buying a used Toyota Sienna mini-van. I feel like the staff were honest and didn't play the typical paperwork games that car lots frequently do to make the deal look sweeter on mini-van.
