Toyato of Cleveland has care for our 2020 Highlander for almost six years. Staff in services is always friendly. I hit a pothole Thursday and bursted my rear tire. I had four new tires on my Highlander at s almost six years. Staff in services is always friendly. I hit a pothole Thursday and bursted my rear tire. I had four new tires on my Highlander at six o’clock Friday night. They were hero’s for me, my husband was having some heart issues and I needed our car badly. Thanks Cleveland of Toyato. Completion of service was delayed due to the technician 'not measuring the amount of fluid' that was drained out of the transmission during the service. This prevented me from being able to take my car hom 'not measuring the amount of fluid' that was drained out of the transmission during the service. This prevented me from being able to take my car home that evening and was given a loaner vehicle. Car was completed the next day which required an additional trip to the dealer to return loaner car and pick mine up. No issues with the car itself thus far following service but the situation was quite an inconvenience. More

I’ve been coming to this dealership for years, and i usually have a great experience. However, this time I left feeling a little ripped off. I went in to get my usual service, but I also asked if the fu usually have a great experience. However, this time I left feeling a little ripped off. I went in to get my usual service, but I also asked if the fuses could be checked because my rear windshield wiper and defogger wasn’t working. So, my advisor, Matthew, said a diagnostic test would be done. So, after my service was completed, Matthew revealed to me that my rear window was cracked just enough to where the wiper wouldn’t turn on. Matthew said he has seen this before, which told me he already knew what the problem could be. So, I left feeling a bit aggravated and ripped off. Did it really cost $120+ to fully close a window? I’ll keep going there, but I’ll think twice about anything else besides the required service. More
