My car was in for a 40000 mile checkup on July 12th which and I paid extra for something to do with induction. Five days later my battery died. I was stranded in a parking lot and luckily I had AAA and and I paid extra for something to do with induction. Five days later my battery died. I would think that your service man would have checked my battery. What’s the point of me taking three hours out of my day and I end up with a dead battery! Not impressed. More

We set an appointment and after 2 hours my daughter called me asking me to pick her up that she had no status on her car which was only there for an oil change.
