Chelsea Allen was phenomenal service advisor! When I arrived, I was assigned Henry and was told drive up and he had come to the car. I waited in my vehicle for 30 mins, and no one attended my veh When I arrived, I was assigned Henry and was told drive up and he had come to the car. Due to my extended wait for a service advisor, I did consider taking my fleet vehicle elsewhere for business. The only service advisor visible from the entire counter was Chelsea Allen, who attending to customers. She was very friendly and helpful with all my concerns. She was very thorough and communicative with my repair. I do hope that the management team at Toyota of Coconut Creek steps up their service level with their advisors. There is no way there should be 1-2 advisor available with a counter of 15 service advisors. More

Always had great service when Mr Cobb was my advisor. This time I had someone new who attempted to heavily upsell me at the counter and later with a callback with hundreds more work to be done.
