The final straw was finally getting a manager on the phone about my issues and him yelling at me and my wife like a idiot. Guess who ended up being right???? ME. Thank God this deal is over and the truck is finally registered and tagged. More

Called them right away with Lewisville technician Brian to explain everything, and wait in Lewisville location for a day. Called them several times during the day to get an update. I understand those things may need time to go through. However nobody from Toyota Of Dallas ever reached me for the rest of the day and same for the rest of the story. They never ever called me. Clearly this is their attitude. By 5pm I have no choice but let Lewisville to fix it by paying $700. Then called many many times after, again nobody cares just told to wait and will have someone to contact me. By now 2 weeks passed, didn’t hear anything. Called again today 10/19 and finally reached to the service manager Russell Firth. He blamed me didn’t reach to him early and approved the oil pan change in Lewisville. How ridiculous? Should I live in Lewisville dealership for 2 weeks and wait for your decision?? And seems like he didn’t know my story at all until the call today. Don’t know how they communicated… this is how they do business. Need a solution and my $700 reimbursement!! More

I want to shout out Alec in the service department for being the only mature adult in the building to speak with me ..PICK ANY ONE BUT THIS ONE!!!! I want to shout out Alec in the service department for being the only mature adult in the building to speak with me and take me seriously. Thanks for being a stand up guy, and understanding my concerns and working hard to help me. GET A COPY OF EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF PAPERWORK YOU SIGN. A complaint has been filed with the DMV about the sale of this vehicle. Let’s discuss the issue of my plates and registration for my car. It has been 65 days since I bought the car and I still have no plates or any idea of when I will have them. This is something that on average most customers have in 30 days according to Paco the used car sales manager. So tell me why, after 30 days, I still don’t have them. No one can tell me what is happening and apparently the dealership hasn’t actually received the title to my car so that they can transfer it to me and my lender. Paco assured me that this is normal? This isn’t my first car buying experience and I know this is not normal. I was told at one point that the dealership never even received the title from the previous owner. Not only am I not getting whole truths, the customer service I have experienced is honestly the worst I’ve ever had. The managers here will not talk to you, except for Paco who will smirk in your face the whole time. And while you are raising your concerns, other people in the used car sales department will stare you down. I have tried to reach a service manager “who was too busy to talk to me” and I have left a message for Darren, the GM, who also has not gotten back to me. Not sure if these “men” are too scared to talk to me, or if they really are just this shady of a dealership. Management here is childish and unprofessional. My view is, when someone isn’t willing to talk to me about my concerns, they know they messed up big time somewhere. More
