Do not do business with these guys. Once you sign the paperwork they will not even respond to you. We worked with Harold over email to come to a price on a new Highlander. When we got there, we did no paperwork they will not even respond to you. We worked with Harold over email to come to a price on a new Highlander. When we got there, we did not have a problem with the agreed-upon price, and everything went smoothly, until we got to the business office to do the paperwork. We came in with our own bank loan, but Ofelio offered to see if he could do better than 2.75%. He came back and said he could do 1.9%, but only if we got the MPP protection plan. He never offered a Toyota extended warranty. First, he tried to tell us what the monthly payments would be with the loan we walked in with. He inflated those payments, and tried to get us to pay $80 more per month for the MPP plan! We repeatedly asked Ofelio for a breakdown sheet of the costs and fees, but he REFUSED to provide it until final signing. He wanted to play his stupid game with the monthly payment without exposing what he was putting into it. We kept telling him NO, but he kept leaving the room and coming back. I have NEVER had the financing guy push like this before. We finally took it for $5 per month (same plan, but $75 per month less?), being told it would cover ALL scheduled maintenance, replace lost or stolen key fobs, and many other things. Frustrated, we finally took the vehicle home. We would have walked out but we had a baby on the way and didn’t have time to start all over with another dealer. When we got the MPP materials in the mail, we read through it and saw that almost none of what Ofelio promised was in it. If you look through the Toyota of Dallas scheduled maintenance, it lists quite a bit. All the MPP plan would cover was some basic maintenance like fluid changes, NOT the items that are part of scheduled maintenance. Ofelio specifically called out the 30,000 mile service. It DID NOT cover key fob replacements, or many other items that Ofelio promised. I went back for a refund of the MPP plan, since you have 30 days for such a refund. I stopped by the service department to get their opinion of what Ofelio had promised. They had never heard of the MPP plan covering so many things, and couldn’t offer an explanation of why they were promised. I wanted to talk to the manager, but he no longer worked there, so I went to the finance department to get my refund processed. The new guy kept trying to get me to switch to another MPP plan without an extra price, again promising it covered these things. I finally requested the plan paperwork, showed him in black and white that the plan did not cover these things, and he had me sign refund paperwork and said it would be credited to the loan. There has been no activity, no refund to the loan, and I cannot get anyone at the dealership to even look this up. The finance department at Toyota of Dallas are snakes and steer clear! I will have to take this up with the BBB for any hope of a resolution, and I will warn Toyota of what this dealership is doing to their brand. More

Cody greeted my wife and I when we showed up to Toyota of Dallas. He was the friendliest young salesperson. My father and I went to Toyota of Dallas to purchase my first vehicle. When we got there we were greeted right away and a salesman was able to help us promptly. Overall, they had a great selection. I didn't know what kind of car I wanted and what would be best for a first car. My salesman, Nicholas Madl, was very knowledgeable and explained what was best for what I was looking for. He was able to answer every question! He was super friendly and easy to talk to. I'm still building my credit but he was able to work with the managers to get me a great deal. I ended up taking home a corolla s and am highly satisfied. I'll always stay with a Toyota because of how reliable they are. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone! More

I had heard about the dealership's new ownership so I decided to give them another shot for my 2nd vehicle purchase. The service was amazing! My salesman Cody Freeman was so awesome in helping me choose a new Toyota. There was no pressure to purchase and they gave me an awesome deal on my trade-in as well as my new 4Runner. I left there with an amazing new vehicle and with the feeling that I did not get jerked around or ripped off. I HIGHLY recommend everyone visit Toyota of Dallas. More

Toyota of Dallas has the best inventory, my salesman was Murat and he did an excellent job, he really listened to my needs and got me a Camry for the price I wanted. Toyota of Dallas. Best toyota store in Texas. I have been buying Toyotas since 1996. I have yet to have an experience like at had at TOD. They have receently changed there entire management, from the owner/Gm Darren Dortch, to the sales management team specifically Dustin (new car manger). These two along with the rest of thier team made my purchasing experience one to be wowed by. I got to the dealership and was greeted by my smiling sales associate (Cody Freeman). who instead of like a normal dealership walking me around on the lot for an hour, took me inside and asked me my wants and needs. I was trading in my car and in order to save me time he was going to get my car apraised while we looked for a vehicle. The used car Director(Tino ) came over to us took my keys and assured me that my car was one they would love to have, and that he would give me top dollar for it. After he took what i said into consideration he took me to the vehicle he thought would suit me best(Tundra Platinum). It wasn't the excact color I wanted but after I drove it I realized that color was the last thing I cared about. I just wanted to be treated fair. After I drove it with brief negotiations( these guys made it very easy). I was ready for Finance. Not only did my finance professional AJ treat me very well but he was considerate of my time as well. The Finance Director Dustin , came in and congratulated me as well as made sure AJ went over the best financial package for me. All in All this is the best experience that I have evwr had at any Dealership. If this is the start of how the new management is going to do things. TOD should be the place you go to get your new car!!!! More

Not talking me into other options. Quality of Work (5): Worked hard for a week and kept in touch with me when any questions had to answered. Friendliness (5): Jared was great to test drive the car with! And asked if I had any questions before going onto the next topic about the car. Overall Experiance (3): The score of 3 goes to the people that I didn't see that had to approve me. My car deal was jumping from one person to the other and we had a different answer every time. But I give a (5) to Raul and A.J. For working really hard to get the deal done and price I wanted (at least close to it haha) Price (4): I wanted the car for a certain price (monthy payment) but I agreed to pay a little more because I wanted to car and these guys worked so hard to help me out. And it will help me on my car credit. This is the first car I was buying in MY name. There were a few bumps in the road (credit approval) but all the guys I worked really hard to get me the car I picked (2013 Scion TC) I love the car and appreciated them keeping up with me for a week until the contract was final. Larry, Jared, Raul, and AJ. You guys were great thank you so much. I will recommend you guys to anyone whos looking for a new ride! More
