I love my Toyota Sequoia, but the service department has been a huge disappointment. I have taken my Sequoia in many times, and every single time they are “too busy” to get to my vehicle — even when I ha been a huge disappointment. I have taken my Sequoia in many times, and every single time they are “too busy” to get to my vehicle — even when I have an appointment. There is always an excuse. This time it’s “the new system,” but meanwhile my car still needs service and nothing gets done. What’s the point of making an appointment if they can’t honor it? The sad part is that I truly love my Sequoia and Toyota makes great vehicles. But because of this service department, I’m honestly considering switching brands when it’s time to buy a new vehicle. Customer service matters just as much as the product. Toyota deserves better service than this location provides. More
Poor communication. Did the entire purchase via Toyota corporate but the car was in this location. Just buy the car and leave them behind! More
When you choose not to have their service department perform recommended but not necessary task they slide your car to the back of the line and you sit for hours after they say it will be right out!!! They are accomodating specially Ross (manager) and Abel (finance) but one of the sales agent, Jose, is ONLY after sales. After signing our contract he does not care at all. Such a waste!
