This was supposed to be our first dealership stop of many. That’s how good this vehicle is. It doesn’t hurt that this vehicle is Consumer Reports top rated overall vehicle and now I know why. We took the vehicle for a test drive. The salesman explained all of the vehicles safety and operational features. I asked questions and the salesman provided answers. Typically I avoid car shopping because of the high stress that it can cause. This was a stress free time for me. It actually was an enjoyable experience for me. If there’s something that can be improved upon it’s the amount of time the customer spends at the dealership once the sale is agreed to. This is problem that is not unique only to Toyota Of Des Moines. All dealerships have this issue. I also felt that the price was fair and reasonable. More
