The reception was great and people were friendly. But the tire pressure light was on after we drove away and called back right away but couldn't talk to anyone. They didn't know why the light was on (part of maintenance was balancing tire and checking spare) and the representative said he'd like us to bring it back. Wish the service dept wouldn't try to upcharge ridiculous labor charges for cabin filter which literally takes second to change and after you have already dug through my glove box to take out. I love Toyota but it is too far to drive for general maintenance. I have asked several times for you to establish other dealers in other towns as a satellite offices so I don't have to drive an hour the maintenance.
