The service advisor was very courteous and professional. The shuttle service to my place of work was very enjoyable. The driver drove safely and was friendly and conversational. I was unwilling to return, so much so that I had traveled to see Travis Reinheart with Wilson in Ames, Aaron Ewoldt with Motor Inn of Carroll, Lamont Johnson with Ft. Dodge dealerships just to avoid returning. My wife saw a vehicle on-line however at your dealership that we thought had met our needs so I took a drive to look at it on Saturday. Monday I returned reluctantly with my wife as the other salesmen we had met were more than anxious to try and locate a vehicle for us. We pared up with Bob Staley and while the vehicle we thought we were interested in was not a fit for us, he found something that we could be happy with and did a great job being forthcoming and we felt had our best interests in mind as well as the company. I really think if we had another sales person other than Bob, I would not have purchased with you folks again. If your dealership now has customer focus as we experienced this last week, I am now happy to return and recommend. Thanks to Bob, you have our family back as a return customer. More

I came into the dealership looking for a Highlander. She LISTENED to my needs and she came up with a RAV4 which suits me perfectly. She brought out one car for me to test drive and that was the car I purchased. Again, she LISTENED to me and knew immediately which vehicle would fit me the best. You are extremely lucky to have Brenna on your team. The finance person was also great. He made the paperwork easy and was very pleasant. The person who went over the workings of the car was also great. I still don't know how he got into that car without moving the seat because he was a tall man! An extremely pleasant person and I could ask him any question I had.I am very pleased with the dealership and the treatment by everyone I encountered. More
