Toyota Sales Team is Outstanding! My husband and I came in to discuss the possibility of purchasing our 2014 Toyota Sienna van. We were 2.5 years into our 3 year lease, and wanted to My husband and I came in to discuss the possibility of purchasing our 2014 Toyota Sienna van. We were 2.5 years into our 3 year lease, and wanted to find out the steps involved to turn the lease into a purchase. Our salesman, David Lovan, not only provided us with that information, but he also offered us the opportunity to consider leasing a new vehicle, which we didn't know was an option. He lined up the cars we requested to test drive, and was so knowledgeable about the features and options on the different vehicles, that he made choosing a new car fun and easy! From walking in the door and greeting staff to Roland Pappoe,our salesman, the finance and delivery staff all to be professionally friendly and knowledgeable about the car and and any features questions we had. While they were there to sell cars, they were not pushy and aggressive. In particular Roland was adept at "reading" body language and stepped back or stepped up as appropriate. That is something that can be very irritating to "me" the buyer when sales staff are aggressive and "in your face". That ability is a true sign of a professional and is difficult to achieve. More
