He did a great job of explaining the lease detail, which was important to me because I had not leased before. He completed the paper work quickly, explaining the process throughly. Well done. He quickly came with us for a relaxed test drive, calmed our warranty related worries, sped up our 'negot Rob Hutt is not your typical 'car salesman'. He quickly came with us for a relaxed test drive, calmed our warranty related worries, sped up our 'negotiations' with the finance manager (that was amazing!), got our papers faxed to the bank promptly and made himself easily available on the phone to deal with our needs. After the paperwork was finished with the sales manager the same evening, he personally saw to it that we drove off happily with our 'new' car even if he had a family function to attend in a short while.
