The only thing I would have hoped for additionally is that when my sales guy lead me into the finance office, that it wouldn’t have been the last time I saw him- that was the last time I saw him. It would have really gone a long way to get one more personal touch and thank you from the sales person to just know I was not a mere “number” or commission. He was very friendly and attentive - but without that closure of “thank you” from him and a “please let me now if you ever need anything and I’ll be happy to help you”- it really felt incomplete. I do realize it was the end of the day, but would have really topped it off if he wouldn’t have saw it through. I really appreciate the help and composure of everyone. Thank you! More
