Sticky gearshift I spilled a latte on my gear shift and a few weeks later it became harder and harder to get it back into "park". Thanks to the service person that cleaned up the inside of the gear shift so I no longer am having "sticky" issues putting my car in Park! More

Honest and Professional Service Dept I brought in my FJ cruiser for what I thought was going to be a costly drivetrain problem. Turns out it was just a heat shroud that had fallen and was I brought in my FJ cruiser for what I thought was going to be a costly drivetrain problem. Turns out it was just a heat shroud that had fallen and was rattling along the drive shaft. At some places they may have taken advantage of you but they fixed it for a very fair price. The overall experience was professional and honest. Two thumbs up! More

Very good overall process in buying a new car Everyone was very friendly and helpful. A couple of suggestions would be regarding the add-ons to the purchase of a new vehicle. Since we have not bought a new vehicle in many years we were not ready for a couple of the add-ons that were offered and the time of purchase agreement and financing/purchase. First at the purchase agreement we had to make a quick decision regarding whether or not to add rust proofing and interior protection and then at purchase, we had to quickly decide on extended warranty. We both would have liked to time to actually think about those since they are thousands of dollars each. More
