Overall a positive experience I would give both Rob Hutt and Steve Henigan a 5 star rating, Both were very professional. However, I did have a few concerns: 1. Before I pick I would give both Rob Hutt and Steve Henigan a 5 star rating, Both were very professional. However, I did have a few concerns: 1. Before I picked up the vehicle, I decided to add mudflaps. I was charged full price. In the past with other dealers I have been discounted, for assessories purchased at the time of the vehicle. 2. Toyota now offers a 200000/20 year power train warranty, which should be a great deal. However, I read the policy and it said the oil must be changed and the tires must be rotated every 7500 miles as well as all other scheduled maintenance. My owners manual states to change the oil every 10000 miles. My salesman told me to go with what the manual says, another employee told me to do what the insurance company stated. I emailed the insurance company for clarification, but to no surprise they did not answer. Very disappointing. 3. Last but not least I was surprised that there were no floor mats provided. More
