This was a great experience. I have been through a few vehicles and I was impressed with the knowledge the staff showed. Toyota of DM's customer service and level of expertise was bar none. When my wife can say, the experience was awesome and buying a car wasn't as dreadful as prior experiences, that means something. When you can go into a dealer, not be haggled to death and annoyed while being treated as an individual without being pressured, is few and far between. Curt gives you a relaxing experience and is very humble when trying to help find the vehicle for you. Additional, when a salesman is willing to call you on the weekend,(even on a Sunday) to discuss a concern, and it can also be resolved on a Sunday(or weekend) it brings customer service to another level. Very impressed and will definently be buying from you again. More
