Service I brought my Toyota Prius in for a software update and it took only 30 minutes. I was expecting to be there 1-1/2 to 2 hours. 4Runner Axle Replacement Rebecca was friendly and easy to work with in solving our 4Runner repair issue. Kelly and I had a good discussion on diagnosing and completing the required repair. Rebecca was quick to provide us with a loaner vehicle when it became evident that our 4Runner would not be finished by end of day as originally planned. Both Rebecca and Kelly seemed truly interested in helping me get my 4Runner restored to good order and I feel they represent Toyota of Des Moines very well. I know that I will be quite happy to work with Rebecca and Kelly the next my 4Runner is in need of service! More
