30,000 service I scheduled the service on line and they were almost prepared upon my arrival. I had to convince the service rep that my 2012 Tacoma 4 cyl requires oi I scheduled the service on line and they were almost prepared upon my arrival. I had to convince the service rep that my 2012 Tacoma 4 cyl requires oil change every 5,000 mi and not at 10,000. Service was completed promptly. I appreciate the free auto wash. And the free coffee! Great and quick service! I didn’t have appointment but they fit me in on Sat morning for routine service work. Told me it could be 30 min but ended up being maybe 45 min. The service rep apologized for it taking long than planned....even though it was my own fault I didn’t make an appointment in the first place!
