I always feel like i am collaborating with the service center to keep my vehicle running smoothly. If they say I really need something NOW, I believe it because they don't push unless something is urgent for my safety. I like how they keep me updated on things to consider for future appointments so I am forewarned, for example my brakes may be nearing the time to replace, but are in decent shape now. We are looking for anotber vehicles, so we are shopping around. We visited another dealership today and I saw the difference in professionalism right away.
