Very efficient and thorough service I was in for routine 20,000 mile service and chose to wait until it was completed. Expecting to be there an hour or a bit more, I was pleasantly surpr I was in for routine 20,000 mile service and chose to wait until it was completed. Expecting to be there an hour or a bit more, I was pleasantly surprised when informed just half an hour later that everything had been completed without problems. A person quickly arrived as I pulled into the dealership and said a service expert would ar Fast and friendly best describes the overall experience. A person quickly arrived as I pulled into the dealership and said a service expert would arrive shortly to check me in. That took place and the expert said it should be 30-45 minutes before the car was ready. That also held true. They even replaced a cabin air filter and I'm not sure that's required with the 10,000 mile checkup. Plus a free car wash. More
