Saleswoman was great, price was good nothing amazing but nothing bad either, i was in a rush so just took whatever it was. The paperwork took 2 hours although i was paying cash for the entire car. I have purchased cars in under 30 minutes from start to finish so i was a bit annoyed by the waiting around. Another reason why i did not rate the dealer 5 stars was due to service the paperwork guy provided , at first he was nice and attentive however when we declined to purchase extended coverage his attitude quickly changed, he became rude and aggressive. When i go back for another car (soon) I do not want to see this fella or else i will scrap the deal. More
I had a very poor experience purchasing a brand new Rav4 prime. After msging back and forth with the salesman, I went there at 6pm on a Friday to make the purchase. I was told there would be no markup, but prime. After msging back and forth with the salesman, I went there at 6pm on a Friday to make the purchase. I was told there would be no markup, but there was a dealer added feature of an Alarm for $1600. I don't need an extra alarm (in addition to the one that Toyota already installs) so I was about to walk out, but the salesman to be doing everything he could to make the sale, and he provided me with inaccurate information (said the car included a LoJack system, it didn't). So I really have no clue what I paid the extra money for. I was also told I could easily change financing in first few days, but finance guy never marked the options part of the contract, so when I called back next day to do so, he said he had already sent the paperwork to Toyota financing. so that will be a whole other process to refinance now.) Overall, the experience did not make me feel good about the amount of money I just spent (over $50K). Currently, I will be recommending that people not purchase a Toyota from this dealership. I am still in the process of trying to get some sort of reimbursement or Lojack system installed in my car because that was what was initially told to me. All of these issues could have been mitigated with proper communication after the sale as well. More

I DO NOT WAS VERY HIGHLY SATISFIED, with the price and the don’t to try to make customer happy. Customer. When I ask them about the promotion of 2.99% because my credit is exellent up to 770 they denied a the don’t to try to make customer happy. Customer.
