I loved how no-nonse it was when I got to the dealership as a price and vehicle had already been decided via email. A test drive just to make sure I didn't hate the car, sign the paperwork and when I had to drive back to drop off my dad's truck, even got an Uber back to the dealership from Esther to pick up my new wheels! Only issue I had was a found a Juul vape device in my new car... Someone vaping in my car before I got it? But overall, very happy with the entire experience! More

This is my 5th car and in all my years of purchasing cars, I have I just purchased a Toyota Rav4 from Downtown Toyota. My salesman was Raymond Lewis. This is my 5th car and in all my years of purchasing cars, I have never met a more friendly and knowledgable salesman Raymond delivered on the deal that we had discussed and kept his promises. I did not want to be stuck downtown all night and upsold items I didn’t need. Raymond kept his word. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour — definitely a record from the normal 3-4 hours of waiting, paperwork, pulling the car, etc. The staff and facilities were very clean and professional. Raymond had the Rav4 detailed, pulled up to the front for easy delivery and left it with a full tank of gas. My experience with Downtown Toyota and especially Raymond Lewis was amazing.
