Great Rep for Costco Auto Purchase! This is the second year we purchased a car from Toyota of Downtown LA. We live in south Orange County, but we can tell you it was worth the drive. Both vehicles purchased were through the Costco Auto program. Last year, due to events beyond anyone's control, Hank Brautigam became our contact for the Costco Auto Program. It was a very good experience! Well, this year, when it was time to replace our 15 year old minivan, we personally requested the Costco Auto Program authorize that we contact Toyota of Downtown LA. We then reached out to Hank, because of our great experience last year. All went very smoothly. We purchased a 2020 Highlander in the color we wanted, with the accessories we wanted. We cannot thank Hank and Toyota of Downtown LA enough for the stress free experience! We love our cars and look forward to working with Hank again in the future! More

Somewhat disappointed Our sales staff was very nice and courteous, However our delivery was not good. The scratch/dent in the right rear passenger door was never pointed o Our sales staff was very nice and courteous, However our delivery was not good. The scratch/dent in the right rear passenger door was never pointed out and we didn't notice it until we got it outside in the sun, which was five minutes after driving off. All we were shown in the delivery was hot to sync a bluetooth phone. We now are having to teach ourselves the rest of the car. I don't want to ding the sales person but I do wish your dealership would address the scratch/ding in a positive manner (by repairing it). More
