Terrible Experience I've purchased many cars, and I have to say this was one of the worse experiences of my life. I actually researched quite a bit until I found this Hon I've purchased many cars, and I have to say this was one of the worse experiences of my life. I actually researched quite a bit until I found this Honda Accord in excellent condition. Because I like to have my own financing, I arrived at the dealership with my personal financing from my bank - it should be easy, right? Nope! So, let's start that my salesman, Alex, was just marvelous and very helpful! But James (Jimmy) was a complete nightmare - he first ran my credit after he told me that he wasn't! Why are you running my credit with other finance companies? Management jumped in quickly to apologize for his mistake, and I was trying to be understanding. Next, he's claiming that he sent over documents to my bank, and they are not responding. I show up to the dealership and ask to see the emails - EVERY SINGLE EMAIL HAD A MISSPELLING (including mine). So, this caused a delay in my bank getting the information. But guess what, they are still trying to get their check, but Jimmy can't do anything right to make sure that happens. Lastly, Jimmy proceeded to send me a threatening email this past Sunday, stating that he was sending my loan to their finance company if a check wasn't at their office by Monday morning. First, how will I get a check to the office when the credit union is closed on Sunday. Secondly, my loan officer stated she was trying to get in contact with this guy and no responses. I go to the office - he's lying straight to my face - come to find out, my loan officer had asked for a copy of the DMV records to show them as a lienholder and sent a draft letter to pay the dealership. So, my bank has been trying to pay you, but you're not communicating with them appropriately. Then, Jimmy comments that he doesn't check his email frequently - WTH?! I can't believe this guy is even allowed to manage customers' personal information and make these kinds of mistakes! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, AGAIN! I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO ASK MANY QUESTIONS WHEN WORKING WITH THEIR FINANCE DEPT. - EVERYTHING CAME OFF SHADY AND TRYING TO GET OVER THE CUSTOMER! It's scary because I already had my own financing - can you imagine the customers who don't? More
