Understaffed Went on a Saturday to look at a specific used car we wanted and intended to pay cash. Called in with a question and no one returned my call. Mike made sure my car is taken care of from a battery that was replace in my car maintenance in Cerritos Toyota that was not working properly. Mike helped my battery to get replaced with a new one. Second time, I just got my car maintenance of 30,000 miles and it was very convenient because I drop off my car at 6:15 a.m. and got to work on time. Went to pick up my car on my lunch break.
