Jin Chin Chub was great salesman, very thorough and no pressure tactic. Great guy! The finance guy not so much, high pressure tactic iwoth financing, high pressure tactic with buying an extended warranty, pressure tactic. Great guy! The agent communicating with me isn’t responsive. He told me to come for a car but wasn’t there when I went. And the info he provided wasn’t accurate either. Although I finally decided to make a deal with another agent, I didn’t get the VIN until I picked up the car two weeks later. It delayed my insurance purchase a lot and I have to buy the temporary insurance they provided. They didn't have anyone to drive my car to my home due to staff shortage. I have to have my friend drive it for me. I won’t recommend it to the first time buyer. The finance lady is very friendly. She explained everything in detail and didn't push me to buy any extended warranty. They also allow paying with credit card for a big portion. More
