Erick was really courteous and helpful. I got there with no appointment and he help get my car fix. I’m not going to lie, my wife took the car 4 days prior to my visit and after that visit I got there with no appointment and he help get my car fix. So I was kind of upset with the technicians and I was ready to get my frustrations out with the first person at the service department, but Erick was really attentive and his attitude helped calm down.
