Update 6/23 - service tech called and said it was a bad battery they had given yet took a week just to tell me this while keeping my car there on the lot and charging me for a loaner and not updating me da battery they had given yet took a week just to tell me this while keeping my car there on the lot and charging me for a loaner and not updating me daily. Due to their negligence I had to pay out of pocket. Assistant manager Danny Herrera Rios was not helpful at all and I will officially be filing a complaint with the BBB and DMV and Dept of Justice for fraud against this location. They kept telling me it wasn’t the battery until it “suddenly” was. I want my refund!! 6/22 - Dropped my car off a week ago and was told they would have a foreman see the issue; turns out they’re barely getting one today and I had to get Toyota Brand Engagement Center involved for their issue (had to pay out of pocket for a rental thinking they were actually working on my car instead of letting it sit there) - shouldn’t have to wait this long for my car or a foreman when I and Toyota Engagement Center told them to get a foreman on it since last week . Next stop is calling corporate. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Will be updating daily until my car is fixed and they are doing their job - may need to get DMV and BBB involved. More
