Jonathan Lopez Camacho inherited a rather difficult situation, where I had been unable to even get anyone in service to respond to repeated calls about the status of my car and its repair for several d situation, where I had been unable to even get anyone in service to respond to repeated calls about the status of my car and its repair for several days. Although it took another 4 days to finally get the issues resolved, Jonathan handled the situation well, identifying what actually needed to be fixed and what didn't -- as opposed to anyone else I had to deal with in the midst of delay after delay.
