Jonathan was very helpful, and not only took care of our regular maintenance. He pointed out we needed tires as they were worn down. We never saw the wire treads until he pointed them out. I always love bringing my car for service at the Downtown LA location but Alex was super nice and efficient! I needed a few more things done other than my regular maintenance as I was at my 5 year mark with LA location but Alex was super nice and efficient!
