Appreciate the communication from my service advisor. The appointment seemed to take a little longer than what was originally stated. No real problem though. Was a little disappointed that miraculously, the rattling sound in my passenger door was undetectable to two team members from the service team. It rattles all the time and the rattling sound begins at about 15 mph. I've been busy and have not pursued a remedy as yet. A little disappointing for a new Tacoma (Limited). Thank you. More

Got some emergency brake adjusted and a tire balance/rotation done on 8/3/24. Dan helped me and was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The E brake now works but the car is pulling to the l balance/rotation done on 8/3/24. Dan helped me and was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The E brake now works but the car is pulling to the left after the balancing job. There are vibrations in the seat and steering that are worse than they were before taking it in the shop. Tried to get an appointment to recheck it, but cannot get me back till 8/13. The car feels unsafe at times to drive and this is a daily driver. Was offered a free oil change if another shop says I need my tires rebalanced. I don't plan on going back to this service center. More
Service was good but wait time was not. I was told when I made appointment that I would not be there more than an hour which I can handle but had to wait over a hour and a half.
