My appointment was for 3:30. I arrived at 3:15. I went to the lounge and sat. At 4:15 I got up and went to the service entry bay. My car had not been touched. I called this t I arrived at 3:15. I went to the lounge and sat. At 4:15 I got up and went to the service entry bay. My car had not been touched. I called this to the attention of the person who took it in. Profuse apologies and the car went to the tech. This was A 70,000 mi servicing and they returned it to me having “topped off the fluids and rotated the tires”. There was no charge and it took them all of 15 minutes if that. I am dubious about the quality or depth of the work done but I am regular about servicing it and the oil had been changed when I brought it in at 66,000+or - in April. The current mileage was 72,489. More
