I don’t know who got it wrong. Either the scheduler or I got the date wrong. so when i showed up for my appointment on the wrong date, they worked me in and it wasn’t an issue. I was disappointed, dealership wanted to sell me new air filters as they were reported previously as needing replacing ( I replaced them myself immediately after this- 5,000 miles ago) and was told they nee filters as they were reported previously as needing replacing ( I replaced them myself immediately after this- 5,000 miles ago) and was told they needed replacing again. Felt like everyone is just trying to take my money even when work isn’t needed. This is why I left Toyota of Greer and Toyota of Greenville. If this happens again, Toyota of Easley will be in my review mirror! More
