The woman of Service Department who assisted me was exceptional. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. Everyone I worked with from start to finish made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. I purchased a used Highlander for my daughter but you would have thought I had bought a new Sequoia Capstone welcome and appreciated as a customer.
