I was never told the cost of the items that needed to be done to my car and was totally surprised when I was presented a bill of $752.58. I was used to dealing Eric before he went to Caterpillar. He kept done to my car and was totally surprised when I was presented a bill of $752.58. I was used to dealing Eric before he went to Caterpillar. He kept me aware of the cost of each item and what could wait. I regret no asking the cost. I have bought three cars from Toyota of Easley.
