My service appointment went very smoothly. I didn't have an a pre-scheduled appointment, but Tristan worked me right in. He did an excellent job of telling me what to expect for this visit as I didn't have an a pre-scheduled appointment, but Tristan worked me right in. He did an excellent job of telling me what to expect for this visit as well as for the next (45,000 miles). The work was done promptly and even provided me with a video of my free inspection.
