My Rav4 has needed a part replaced for two years. In the beginning I was told that it would take a month to get part in. Next I was told it would be several months because I was #200+ on a waiting li In the beginning I was told that it would take a month to get part in. Next I was told it would be several months because I was #200+ on a waiting list. After a year I was told one person was ahead of me. I still don't have replacement part. Since there were so many, I tend to think it was a faulty part and should be free instead of $400. However, the part has yet to come in and nobody will call me. One star is generous. More
