I was told when I made the appointment that it would take about an hour. I was also told I could come by and pick up the mats and install them myself. But apparently that was not true; what I needed to know about an hour. I was also told I could come by and pick up the mats and install them myself. But apparently that was not true; what I needed to know was it would be quicker if I didn't have anything in the back of car. ( I had not considered that issue( That made it more closer to 2 hours. So now I know when/if I come for service, I need to prepare to be there for awhile. The waiting area was quiet and I was offered a corner behind a screen where I could take my yoga mat and stretch out. More
