Usually very satisfied. This time, tired bought from this dealership wore out at 29,000 miles. Got no discount from the dealership, who did all the rotations and front alignments, which I did on time and what was recommended by them. Tire manufacturer gave some off, not the dealership. The back hatch will not function on a 2018 Toyota Highlander. Took it into the dealer and they found that some type of internal switch has been inadvertently turned off. Poor service from untrained employee when I had some yellow areas on my service sheet but told me everything was green. Did not give me a copy of my sheet. They lost my keys.
