Whether you're in for routine maintenance or a major repair, my goal is to get your vehicle back on the road quickly and keep it running at its best. I’ve been working for Toyota of Easley almost two years—but I bring over a decade of customer service experience to the table. My top priority is making sure your visit is smooth, straightforward, and that your vehicle gets the attention it deserves to stay safe and reliable on the road. Outside of work, I’m an avid outdoorsman. You’ll often find me hunting, fishing, off-roading, or racing either 4wheelers or cars on the weekends with my boyfriend. I’m also a proud dog parent to four American Bullies who are truly my babies. And if it’s football season aside from Whitetail hunting, you can bet I’m cheering on my Clemson Tigers—Go Tigers!

I cannot say enough good things about my car-buying experience at Toyota of Easley! It was, without a doubt, the most pleasant, easiest, and even FUN experience I have ever had purchasing a car. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and genuine. He provided excellent information about the vehicle, answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel pressured. I HIGHLY recommend Michael to anyone looking for a car-buying experience that is both professional and enjoyable. Chad Ratliff, the New Car Sales Manager, was also extremely helpful and fair. He made the entire process easy and straightforward. I needed to order a few accessories, and that was made incredibly simple as well. Before I drove off the lot in my new car, it was washed, gassed up, and ready to go. Those extra touches made an already excellent experience even better!
