Outside of work, I’m an avid outdoorsman. You’ll often find me hunting, fishing, off-roading, or racing either 4wheelers or cars on the weekends with my boyfriend. I did not have a good experience. I went to Toyota of Easley to replace all 4 tires of my car and when I left the service building, I noticed that one of my wheel center caps was mis I went to Toyota of Easley to replace all 4 tires of my car and when I left the service building, I noticed that one of my wheel center caps was missing so I called immediately to the front desk, and they said it was ok for me come back the next day to get it. I went the next day and the agent that was helping me was not there so another agent tried help me. She called the technician, named Will and the technician mentioned that he noticed at the moment of changing the tires, that one was missing, something that I was not told during my appointment. More

I had an excellent experience with the service department at Toyota of Easley, and I especially want to recognize Service Advisor Cailyn Dacus for the outstanding way she handled my recent visit. I take the maintenance of my truck very seriously, and Cailyn immediately showed the kind of professionalism and attention to detail that customers hope for when bringing a vehicle in for service. Instead of simply recommending services, she worked with the technician to verify the actual condition of the vehicle so decisions could be made based on real information. A great example of this involved a recommended brake fluid service. Rather than automatically performing the service, Cailyn arranged for the technician to test the fluid using a contamination test strip. She personally called me back, explained the results, and walked through the reasoning with me. The test showed the fluid was still in good condition, and she was completely transparent that the service could reasonably wait. That level of honesty builds real trust with customers. I understand service departments have metrics and that selling services is part of running a business, but what impressed me most was that Cailyn focused on doing what was right for the vehicle rather than simply pushing a service that day. That kind of integrity is exactly why I have brought both of my vehicles exclusively to Toyota of Easley for the past six years, and why I will continue to do so. And when the brake fluid service is actually due, I will absolutely be returning here to have it done. The entire visit was smooth and professional from start to finish, and the work performed was excellent. Toyota of Easley should be proud of the team they have, and Cailyn Dacus in particular made this a truly exceptional service experience. More
