3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, E. F.I and T.E.C. is unacceptable. They also do not have Mobil 1 oil. At a previous service, they were promoting Mobil 1, and I used it, and also won a F.I and T.E.C. is unacceptable. They also do not have Mobil 1 oil. I would have thought the service representative would have made sure they had Mobil 1 oil on hand for when I was bringing my wife's vehicle in for service the next week - NOPE! More
