Service advisor lied to insurance company by saying I refused to sign check. I was no updated on the part order during the six months I gave them to get it, took to Toyota of Greenville and was updated o refused to sign check. I was no updated on the part order during the six months I gave them to get it, took to Toyota of Greenville and was updated on status by text and phone, waiting on insurance company to reapprove the part. When I called to complain I was transferred to a customer rep and she never returned my call, will not be back. More

I called your parts department and they gave me the price for a new key fob - emergency key and installation- the actual price was $100.00 over what I was quoted .
